Our Governance Structure
Lisheens House is governed by a Voluntary Board of unpaid directors who receive no expenses.
Lisheens House employs a manager who is responsible for the overall day to day running of the charity and reports back to the board. There are a number of sub managers who report back to the manager.
Our Audited Accounts
Lisheens House is registered with Companies Registration Office (CRO).
And have submitted all Governing Documents since our formation.
We retain the services of Kerry Lehane & Co. Accountants & Auditors to file our Audited Annual Returns to the CRO.
